Health Strategy/Advisory Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design occupational health systems and establish strategies for legal compliance
• Design employee health management policies and programs
• Manage post-health checkup follow-ups and individuals with findings
• Implement musculoskeletal disease prevention activities
• Manage job-related health risks such as job stress and overwork
• Inspect and improve office environments (VDT work, indoor air quality, etc.)
• Design emergency response systems and guidelines within the workplace
• Plan occupational health education strategies and content
• Establish initial response and recurrence prevention measures for industrial accidents
• Collaborate with external agencies (health management agencies, hospitals) and related departments
• Design health risk assessment standards and management systems

Requirements

• Eligible to be appointed as a health manager under the Occupational Safety and Health Act
• 8+ years of practical experience in health management agencies or occupational health
• Experience in health management for IT companies, office environments, or research-centered workplaces
• Experience managing health in multiple business sites or large-scale organizations
• Understanding of occupational health laws and systems
• Communication skills for employee health management and counseling
• Data-driven health management experience and document reporting skills
• No disqualifications for overseas business trips

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in occupational health or industrial hygiene
• Professional certification (Engineer/Specialist) in industrial hygiene or health
• Experience in musculoskeletal hazard investigation and improvement
• Experience operating job stress management programs
• Certifications in first aid and CPR
