Health Services Site Trainer

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions across clinical support areas to ensure staff proficiency and compliance
• Oversee employee task completion, manage checklists, and coordinate progress documentation with the Health Services Training Team
• Provide regular constructive feedback to new team members and collaborate with health center managers on staff development
• Maintain proficiency in EPIC systems to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with organizational protocols
• Set up and maintain training materials and equipment for effective session delivery
• Perform CMA or CNA duties when not actively training staff
• Travel locally to various office locations as required

Requirements

• 6 months of clinic support experience specifically at PPGP
• 1-2 years of experience working with electronic health records (EHR)
• High School Diploma
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally to multiple office locations
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with clinical staff and physicians

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience using EPIC systems
• Demonstrated thoroughness in clinical operations, including Front Desk, Laboratory, Family Planning, or Back Office roles
