Health & Safety Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws and Health & Safety (HSE) requirements
• Provide advisory support and ongoing guidance to managers and employees regarding HSE matters
• Conduct HSE training and educational activities to promote a culture of safety and wellbeing
• Participate in the analysis of near-misses and accidents to develop effective preventive actions
• Plan and execute audits, inspections, and occupational risk assessments
• Monitor safety indicators and prepare reports and recommendations for the business
• Collaborate with local and international teams to implement Health, Safety & Wellbeing initiatives
• Promote modern solutions and best practices in HSE and employee ergonomics

Requirements

• Relevant higher education and qualifications required for HSE service roles
• Experience in HSE within production, logistics, service, or corporate environments
• Strong knowledge of Polish HSE regulations and their practical application
• Proficiency in Polish and communicative English (both written and spoken)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in risk assessment and safety data analysis
• Proactive, independent approach with a solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse groups

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in conducting training, audits, or wellbeing and ergonomics projects
• Knowledge of basic rescue procedures or experience in rescue operations
• Completion of a Qualified First Aid (KPP) course
