Health, Safety, Security, and Environment Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Perform SSSE compliance audits
• Support operational teams in applying SSSE standards, programs, and procedures
• Support the development and deployment of safe working methods
• Assist local teams with field investigations following SSSE accidents or incidents
• Maintain security plans and emergency management measures, including staff awareness and drill coordination
• Monitor field operational procedures and verify alignment with operational reality
• Participate in assessing SSSE training needs
• Actively participate in SSSE risk assessments and maintain tracking tables and SOP alignment
• Assist site managers in developing and implementing action plans
• Collaborate on site-specific action plans to correct issues and reduce risks
• Organize and animate SSSE activities such as corporate seminars or health and safety months

Requirements

• College or university degree in a related field (industrial hygiene, industrial relations, industrial engineering, etc.)
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience implementing SSSE processes and programs, ideally in manufacturing, maritime, or handling sectors
• Strong teamwork skills
• Knowledge of applicable laws, standards, and regulations regarding health, safety, security, and environment
• Ability to use domain-specific software
• Availability for occasional travel to other terminals
