Health & Safety Lead - Data Centres

Responsibilities

• Ensure awareness among project managers regarding safety matters
• Prepare, implement, and monitor project EHS plans
• Lead safety meetings with clients and trades
• Supervise client project EHS oversight resources and outsourced competent persons
• Assess and approve contractor safety plans
• Review and comment on high-risk activities
• Champion safety initiatives and support client safety campaigns
• Apply lessons learned and best practices
• Lead investigations and root cause analysis
• Provide safety support and guidance
• Ensure compliance with client safety requirements and local codes
• Maintain synergy with the Turner & Townsend Safety Programme

Requirements

• Several years of experience in EHS lead management positions
• Demonstrable experience working on large-scale, complex projects
• Proficiency in project control mechanisms and technical risk assessments
• Strong communication and visualization skills
• Outstanding organization, coordination, and leadership skills
• Experience developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent English skills; Finnish language proficiency is preferred
• Availability for on-site work in the north of Finland

• Data Center industry experience
