Health & Safety (HSE) Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to improve workplace safety, environmental performance, and regulatory compliance
• Conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and prepare compliance reports
• Develop and deliver safety training and collaborate with teams to implement safety initiatives
• Track Environmental, Health and Safety metrics including Quarterly KPIs and PPE Acknowledgement submissions
• Conduct formal and systematic reviews of campus operations to ensure regulatory compliance
• Audit safety-related statistics and track HSE audit documents
• Coordinate and maintain employee and trainee injury prevention strategies
• Support the maintenance of the EHS database for accidents and incidents
• Manage HSE records, files, and contract submissions
• Organize and track HSE campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial, Safety, Health, or Environmental Science
• Relevant HSE certifications such as OSHA or NEBOSH
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar field
• Knowledge of local safety regulations, EHS policies, standards, and compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English (Speaking, Writing, Reading)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Environmental Health or Fire Systems
