About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain Health, Safety, and Environmental programs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations
- Lead internal and external audits and respond to non-conformances
- Conduct risk assessments, job hazard analysis, and change management
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Coordinate and deliver HSE training for employees and contractors
- Track, analyze, and report monthly on safety and sustainability metrics
- Lead Emergency Response planning and drills
- Manage environmental aspects including waste handling, storage, and disposal
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science or HSE Certifications
- 5-7 years of experience with HSE management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Demonstrated experience leading HSE programs or teams
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
