Health Safety & Environmental Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Health, Safety, and Environmental programs
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations
• Lead internal and external audits and respond to non-conformances
• Conduct risk assessments, job hazard analysis, and change management
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
• Coordinate and deliver HSE training for employees and contractors
• Track, analyze, and report monthly on safety and sustainability metrics
• Lead Emergency Response planning and drills
• Manage environmental aspects including waste handling, storage, and disposal

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science or HSE Certifications
• 5-7 years of experience with HSE management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
• Demonstrated experience leading HSE programs or teams
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
