Health, Safety & Environment Working Student

Responsibilities

• Support the HSE team in ensuring legal compliance for occupational health, safety, and environmental protection
• Coordinate the provision of safety equipment and assist with first aid measures
• Maintain up-to-date HSE documentation and develop a digital HSE manual
• Organize and support the implementation of workshops, training sessions, and instructions
• Conduct on-site inspections, safety walks, and photographic documentation
• Create presentations and digital content regarding current HSE topics
• Contribute to health promotion projects and implement own ideas regarding ergonomics or fire protection

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program
• Practical experience gained through internships or activities in emergency services (e.g., fire department, THW, or rescue services)
• Proficiency in Office 365; experience with Confluence or similar tools is a plus
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English
• A hands-on mentality with the ability to work both at a desk and on-site
• Structured, independent, and proactive working style
