About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of H&S standards, procedures, and best practices in compliance with legal requirements
- Implement HS&E Group Management Policies and provide relevant training to all affiliate personnel
- Perform H&S compliance evaluations, supervision, and facilitate communication and training
- Develop and monitor Sustainability KPIs in accordance with ESG ratings
- Ensure accurate and timely H&S reporting
- Arrange and oversee HS&E audits, reviews, and workplace inspections
- Investigate all occupational injuries, illnesses, and dangerous occurrences, providing findings and recommendations for corrective actions
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Engineering (Industrial Safety & Risk Engineering is a plus) or Environmental Science
- Previous experience in a similar HS&E role
- Fluency in both Italian and English
- Strong communication, relational, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a heterogeneous team and solve problems in a multitasking environment
- Willingness to travel to various Ateliers to supervise activities
