Health & Safety Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate risk assessments and incident investigations using ICAM methodology
• Provide practical guidance on high-risk activities, including dangerous goods and confined spaces
• Conduct site-based assurance activities, audits, and safety inspections
• Coach and influence frontline teams to embed safe work practices and continuous improvement
• Support management of change processes to ensure risks are effectively managed
• Collaborate with operational and HSE stakeholders to deliver safety initiatives and compliance

Requirements

• Experience in Health & Safety within manufacturing, industrial, transport, or waste/resource recovery environments
• Proven experience conducting incident investigations, ideally using ICAM
• Relevant qualification in Work Health & Safety or a related discipline
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence people at all levels
• A hands-on, site-based approach with the confidence to engage directly with frontline operations
