Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage Safety, Security, and Environmental due diligence activities including OSHA compliance, waste management, and wastewater discharge reporting
• Lead incident investigation processes, identify root causes, and develop corrective actions
• Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and risk assessments for new equipment and processes
• Facilitate access to First Aid for personnel
• Maintain and report routine operational safety metrics to management
• Train operations staff on safety responsibilities and policies
• Lead site security programs to protect personnel, assets, and property
• Analyze safety and security metrics to identify trends and allocate resources

Requirements

• 3+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or warehousing
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, or a related field
• OSHA 30 certification or higher
• Ability to maintain an onsite presence and perform on-call rotations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel pivot tables
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of air and wastewater permitting
• OSHA 501 certification or above
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP certification
• Experience with SQL and Google Looker
