Health, Safety, and Environment Engineer

Responsibilities

• Monitor and implement operational safety, health, and environmental processes in compliance with legal and internal requirements.
• Exercise authority to stop unsafe acts or conditions that may cause harm to people, facilities, or the environment.
• Manage the correction of identified risk situations and execute programs to ensure contractor compliance on-site.
• Develop documented information including procedures, formats, and operating instructions.
• Conduct risk analyses, environmental impact assessments, and incident reports.
• Coordinate emergency response efforts and support audits, inspections, and stakeholder visits.
• Provide training to personnel regarding legal and internal HSE requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a similar HSE role.
• Proficiency in English (B1 level or equivalent).
• Experience in risk analysis and environmental impact assessment.
• Ability to coordinate emergency response activities.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
• Customer-focused mindset.
