Health Representative

Responsibilities

• Maximize awareness and market share of Hospital Category products through sales and promotion activities within the Central Zone
• Visit physicians to assist in patient disease management using Pfizer products
• Distribute clinical knowledge, product samples, and marketing literature to healthcare professionals
• Follow up with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), physicians, and pharmacists to gather feedback on product experience
• Enlist Pfizer products in institutional formularies
• Provide feedback to sales and marketing teams regarding market trends, customer needs, and healthcare system changes
• Manage stock, consumption, and ordering processes, particularly within the government sector and institutions
• Organize and participate in seminars, sales demonstrations, exhibitions, and community awareness programs
• Report visits and activities using management information systems and prepare short-term plans of action
• Achieve budget targets including growth and market share parameters for the assigned territory

Requirements

• Medical or Pharmaceutical education background
• Strong English communication skills (both written and oral)
• Proven effective selling and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and team-building abilities
• Proficient computer skills
