Responsibilities

• Own net-new health plan sales pipeline across regional and Medicaid payors
• Prospect, engage, and convert executive-level buyers across Quality Improvement, Population Health, Stars/HEDIS, and Procurement
• Develop tailored value propositions and business cases tied to outcomes and ROI
• Identify and close enterprise digital health companies with payor adjacency
• Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles
• Own pricing, contract structuring, and deal strategy
• Maintain rigorous pipeline forecasting hygiene and CRM discipline
• Partner with Marketing, Program Management, and Product teams

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare (health plans, diagnostics, or digital health)
• Proven track record of closing six-figure+ enterprise deals
• Strong acumen in Stars/HEDIS performance and care-gap closure workflows
• Experience engaging C-suite and senior executives
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, rapidly evolving environment
