Health Partner Engagement Specialist I

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key Health Partners to develop engagement strategies and drive overall satisfaction.
• Resolve routine issues with Health Partners in accordance with department service level agreements.
• Maintain and develop professional relationships within defined Key Accounts.
• Proactively reach out to Health Partners to ensure needs are met and resolve concerns.
• Document provider concerns in applicable systems and work collaboratively to resolve identified issues.
• Support recruitment and contracting efforts by building strong interpersonal relationships with providers.
• Perform regular travel for health partner and community-based visits to ensure effective program administration.
• Maintain CRM tools and perform necessary maintenance tasks in designated systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years of experience in the healthcare industry, account management, or sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for frequent travel.
• Ability to travel greater than 50% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Cactus or similar provider management systems.
• Understanding of various reimbursement methodologies, including capitation, per diems, and discounts.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
