Health Management Specialist Intern

Responsibilities

• Support patient services by assisting with appointments, medical examination arrangements, and the maintenance of health records
• Follow up on patient follow-up visits and the execution of health management plans
• Provide operational support by organizing patient management data, operational reports, and optimizing service processes
• Assist in organizing patient activities and health education projects
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and health management teams to track project progress and prepare meeting minutes
• Support content operations by organizing health science content and assisting with social media and patient community management

Requirements

• Senior undergraduate or graduate student
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and patience
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Genuine interest in the healthcare industry and patient service work

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Public Health, Health Management, Hospital Management, Preventive Medicine, Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Medical English
• Previous internship experience in a hospital, student organization, or operations role
• Proficiency in Cantonese or English
• Experience in new media operations or data analysis
