Health Information Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the Health Information Operations staff
• Manage workflow, productivity, and escalated situations
• Oversee the Audit Team and manage requests from Payors and Risk Management
• Coordinate with client management on complex issues and fluctuating needs
• Oversee escalation calls from centralized call centers
• Assist with new hire processes, payroll, and performance management

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience in healthcare, HIM, medical records, or ROI
• Experience with ROI and EMR systems
• Proficiency with HIPAA standards and maintaining strict confidentiality
• Proficiency with MS Office and Power BI
• Ability to travel locally and work on-site regularly

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior lead or supervisory experience
• Strong presentation skills for leadership and clients
