About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and regular field visits to monitor First Aid and Pre-Hospital Emergency care activities.
- Support the preparation, coordination, and delivery of First Aid and Pre-Hospital Emergency care trainings and workshops.
- Maintain and update the mapping of health facilities and networking lists within the area of intervention.
- Analyze statistical information to identify patterns and provide recommendations for assisting weapon-wounded individuals.
- Implement and follow up on health databases and medical records for hospital activities.
- Maintain regular contact and provide support to primary health care facilities covered by the program.
- Prepare and distribute medical stock in health facilities according to operational priorities and logistics procedures.
Requirements
- Ukrainian citizenship or permanent residence permit in Ukraine.
- Degree in medicine, nursing (with a specialty in emergency medicine), or paramedic science.
- Qualification as a first-aid trainer.
- At least three years of work experience in first-aid training, education, or program support.
- Professional fluency in both written and spoken English and Ukrainian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multi-cultural, and multi-disciplinary environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional studies in advanced first aid, emergency medicine, or public health.
- Technical experience in professional training environments.
