Health Facilities Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage site preparation and operational management for CEEP and MEDCASE projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets to ensure objectives are met
• Establish and maintain effective project team structures
• Ensure all projects comply with contractual, regulatory, and medical facility codes/standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns within the Statement of Work (SOW)
• Conduct regular studies and reviews to assess management performance against project goals
• Provide technical guidance, expert advice on execution methods, and final quality reviews of project outputs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Construction Management, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction
• Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in medical projects
• Proficiency in reading and understanding plans and specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneDrive
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to delegate, motivate teams, and resolve unforeseen issues
• Ability to work in various construction environments, including all weather conditions and high-noise areas
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
