Health Club & Wellness Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the health club and wellness operations at Radisson Collection Residences Riyadh
• Enhance guest experiences through dedicated wellness services
• Support members and guests in achieving their fitness and health goals
• Lead and motivate the wellness team to maintain high service standards
• Plan and organize wellness programs and activities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing a gym or fitness center
• Previous experience in a hotel environment preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Deep knowledge of fitness, health, and wellness programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
