Health Center Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive healthcare services to employees, including routine health check-ups, emergency care, and health consultations
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to determine and implement appropriate care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records while strictly adhering to confidentiality and data protection requirements
• Develop and deliver health education and wellness promotion programs to prevent illness and enhance employee well-being
• Identify, monitor, and manage workplace health risks and participate in occupational safety and health initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Taiwan
• Completion of 52-hour Occupational Health Training
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including day, night, and weekend shifts
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Prior experience in occupational health or factory nursing environments
