Health Center Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of financial and clinical operations for assigned health centers
• Supervise center staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and conducting performance appraisals
• Maintain efficient staffing levels and foster a professional, customer-focused atmosphere
• Analyze productivity and financial data to evaluate center achievement and implement operational improvements
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies, including HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, and NYSDOH standards
• Oversee facility security, medical drills, and supply/inventory management
• Address patient complaints and model excellent customer service delivery
• Manage center finances, including petty cash, expenditures, and revenue cycle goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Experience working in a high-volume healthcare setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• High degree of comfort and proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field
• Previous experience working specifically with electronic health records
• Proficiency in additional languages
• Prior employment with Planned Parenthood
