Health Center Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Family Planning functions and staff, including hiring, coaching, and evaluating personnel.
• Manage daily clinic operations to maximize patient flow, efficiency, and productivity.
• Oversee financial tasks including daily cash handling, bank deposits, billing inquiries, and insurance verification.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding family planning services.
• Conduct monthly chart audits and implement necessary action plans to maintain high quality and risk management standards.
• Monitor clinic inventory, including supplies and medications, and manage facility maintenance.
• Address patient concerns and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Analyze monthly financial reports and statistical data to meet clinic goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a women's health practice or a related clinical setting.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
• Experience working in high-volume medical or clinical environments where customer service is a priority.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, specifically Epic.
