Health Center Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic operations, including personnel supervision, scheduling, and workflow optimization to maximize productivity.
• Hire, train, and coach staff to ensure high-quality delivery of sexual and reproductive health services.
• Oversee financial tasks including daily cash handling, bank deposits, billing accuracy, and monthly financial reporting.
• Monitor clinic inventory, including medical supplies and medications, and place orders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as internal policies and medical management guidelines.
• Address patient concerns and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct monthly chart audits to ensure accurate completion of clinic visit records and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.
• 1-3 years of related healthcare experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Supervisory experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a reproductive health services clinic or hospital.
• Experience in high-volume medical or clinical practice environments.
• Proficiency with Epic EHR.
