Health Care Executive

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales budgets within the assigned geographical territory through strategic planning and execution
• Conduct sales analytics to identify key stakeholders and drive business growth
• Engage medical practitioners through tailored promotional messages and meticulous one-to-one detailing
• Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), consultants, chemists, and wholesalers
• Execute product promotion campaigns and organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable insights to the District Manager
• Manage inventory levels in coordination with the CFA to ensure product availability
• Maintain detailed daily reports of field activities, including doctor visits and hospital interactions
• Adhere strictly to all company policies, compliance standards, and coverage plans

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales budget achievement and territory management
• Strong expertise in medical practitioner engagement and KOL management
• Ability to perform sales analytics and market trend tracking
• Experience in product promotion and executing marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in inventory management and coordinating with supply chain partners
• Strong communication skills for delivering clinical findings and product benefits to healthcare professionals
