Health Care Executive

Responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of sales budgets for the assigned geographical territory.
• Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the District Manager.
• Conduct sales analytics to identify key stakeholders and drive business growth.
• Deliver tailored promotional messages to medical practitioners to maximize sales.
• Maintain regular contact with medical practitioners, consultants, chemists, and wholesalers.
• Manage product availability by booking orders from retailers and coordinating with CFA for inventory management.
• Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, group meetings, and speaker programs.
• Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key customers.
• Execute product promotion campaigns for both new and existing products.
• Adhere to all company policies, compliance standards, and reporting procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales budget achievement and territory management.
• Strong skills in customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to perform sales analytics to drive strategic decision-making.
• Proficiency in product promotion and detailing within a healthcare context.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with medical professionals and wholesalers.
• Ability to work effectively in a field-based, remote environment.
