Health Care Assistant

Responsibilities

• Prepare facilities and equipment to ensure availability, cleanliness, and proper function
• Assist nurses in preparing patients for examinations and treatments
• Support patient registration processes and manage appointment queues
• Handle administrative tasks related to patient care
• Manage room administration and logistics, including consumables and medications
• Maintain a clean and organized healthcare environment following strict hygiene standards
• Provide compassionate care and support to ensure patient comfort and well-being

Requirements

• Minimum education: Vocational High School in Nursing (SMK Keperawatan) or equivalent
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible and detail-oriented
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Basic computer skills
• Empathy and patience when dealing with patients
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to excellent service
