Health Care Assistant (HCA)

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the assessment of patients' conditions and helping to prioritise care based on their needs
• Providing initial support and interventions to help stabilise patients
• Monitoring and documenting patients' vital signs, symptoms, and any changes in their condition
• Supporting the medical team with diagnostic tests and helping to interpret the results
• Administering medications and assisting with treatments as directed by physicians

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in relevant general settings within the last 12 to 18 months
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexibility and reliability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and days
• Current DBS check
