About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and execute strategies to penetrate the local Toronto market
- Lead and generate a personal sales pipeline to achieve local revenue growth goals
- Act as a "door-opener" by bringing in H&B Teams to support new client sales
- Price services and products profitably while adhering to market demands and approval processes
- Raise market awareness of WTW capabilities through social media and client events
- Ensure timely entry of sales data into WTW tracking systems
- Collaborate closely with the Canadian Sales Leader and Toronto Market Leader
Requirements
- 3+ years of successful prospect development, ideally in an H&B brokerage, insurer, or consulting environment
- Executive presence with polished written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to independently develop a large volume of potential clients
- Demonstrated ability to close new client opportunities
- Life license or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of employment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Benefits
- Base salary range of $70,000 CAD - $85,000 CAD per year
- Eligibility for a compensation plan including commission-based bonuses
