Health & Benefits Managing Director

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to large, complex clients regarding the design and management of health and benefits programs
• Create and execute business strategies to penetrate local and regional markets and acquire new Health and Benefits clients
• Meet or exceed revenue and market penetration goals while retaining and growing existing client revenue
• Act as a senior strategist to ensure health and welfare plan designs meet client needs and align with overall benefits strategies
• Raise market awareness of WTW's capabilities through conference appearances and other profile-building activities
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and consulting teams to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Contribute to the development of new tools, approaches, and the identification of future talent

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in the design and management of large group health and welfare plans within a consulting or brokerage environment
• Proven track record of managing large client relationships and generating significant revenue
• Executive presence with polished written and oral communication skills
• Ability to influence senior management and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to travel regularly
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
• High school diploma required (Bachelor's degree preferred)

• Competitive base salary range of $200,000 - $250,000 USD per year
