Health and Wellness Benefits Manager

Responsibilities

• Review health and wellness offerings in the UK, Germany, and Japan to ensure competitive programs that align with company objectives and budget.
• Manage leaves of absence administration, compliance, and process documentation across the UK, Germany, and Japan.
• Identify opportunities to scale benefits and leaves of absence administration globally, specifically through Workday process building.
• Partner with the centralized People Operations team to provide scalable, human-centered support for employee inquiries.
• Conduct detailed reviews of existing programs and processes to validate accuracy and update documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all benefits and leaves of absence regulations in global practices outside of the US.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience working in UK HR and Benefits.
• Expertise in benefits design, administration, and compliance within the UK, Germany, and Japan.
• Hands-on experience with Workday HRIS configurations, testing, and delivery related to benefits and leaves.
• Strong project management abilities and high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous workplace.
