Health and Well-being Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of the strategic plan for the health and well-being program
• Lead or contribute to large-scale projects including results measurement, peer support networks, and digital platforms
• Manage health and well-being vendors, including contract negotiations, performance evaluations, and relationship management
• Develop and manage the annual program budget
• Provide strategic guidance and advisory support to managers, HR partners, and health and safety teams
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep the program at the forefront of innovation
• Assist in the development of approaches to manage psychosocial risks

Requirements

• 10 to 12 years of experience in workplace health and well-being or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, HR, psychology, organizational development, or a related discipline
• Professional proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken)
• Proven expertise in project management and delivering large-scale initiatives
• Advanced skills in data analysis, ROI modeling, and business case development
• Strong experience in budget management and vendor/contract negotiation
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and work autonomously in complex environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of psychosocial risk management
• Experience working within an international organizational context
• High level of technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel
