About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety (BHP) regulations, corporate standards, and internal policies
  • Drive development and continuous improvement of BHP procedures, risk assessments, and documentation
  • Monitor BHP performance (KPIs, incidents, trends) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and accident investigations to analyze root causes
  • Oversee BHP training, occupational medicine exams, and employee certifications
  • Manage office administration, including correspondence, document archiving, and travel organization
  • Support internal communication, employee engagement initiatives, and event organization
  • Maintain equipment records and support onboarding/offboarding processes

Requirements

  • Higher education in Health and Safety (BHP) or a related field
  • Current qualifications to perform BHP service duties according to Polish regulations
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the BHP field
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proactive attitude and solution-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in administration, office support, or communication
