About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the company's safety culture with a goal of zero accidents
- Conduct inspections of working conditions and supervise compliance with HSE rules and procedures
- Develop, implement, and verify safety management system documents, internal procedures, and instructions
- Prepare periodic reports and analyses regarding the state of safety
- Collaborate with production departments, laboratories, and external supervisory bodies (PIP, PIS, UDT)
- Report safety indicators into corporate systems in accordance with company policy
- Perform HSE audits and engage in safety discussions with employees
- Participate in developmental HSE projects
Requirements
- Higher education or postgraduate studies in Health and Safety (BHP)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE within a production environment
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Communicative English skills for participation in international group projects
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to teamwork

- Technical education
- Experience in the construction, industrial, or railway sectors
