Health and Safety Prevention Officer

Responsibilities

• Support managers in evaluating, preventing, and eliminating risk situations on sites in departments 13 and 30
• Conduct investigations following accidents and near-misses
• Track accident statistics using Acciline+ software
• Assist operators in drafting operational documents such as procedures and operating modes
• Coordinate the deployment of the SMPP policy and update risk analyses (EvRP, regulatory compliance)
• Develop compliance plans with defined budgets and deadlines
• Perform internal safety audits according to the regional schedule
• Monitor non-conformities and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions
• Interrupt any dangerous activity and inform the decision-making chain immediately

Requirements

• Minimum Bac+3 degree in Quality, Hygiene, Safety, or Environment (QHSE)
• Significant professional experience in Health and Safety prevention
• Knowledge of integrated QSE management systems and standards (ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
• Proficiency with office tools and Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Ability to work in project mode with autonomy and rigor
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead teams toward a QHSE culture
