Responsibilities

• Deliver HSE training, site inductions and briefings for employees, visitors and contractors
• Review and approve HSE documentation prepared by contractors and subcontractors
• Develop and update procedures, safety standards, and Toolbox Talk materials
• Maintain HSE registers including training, qualifications, and environmental documentation
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and propose mitigation measures
• Participate in the preparation, issuing, and closing of work permits
• Verify site work conditions including access, housekeeping, and signage
• Document incidents, near misses, and environmental events
• Participate in incident analysis and root cause identification
• Promote safety culture and environmental responsibility aligned with Zero Accidents policy

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HSE Specialist in construction or industrial projects
• Extensive knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices
• Strong risk assessment capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to travel and relocate within Europe and Poland as required

Preferred Qualifications

• NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
