Health and Safety Manager

Responsibilities

• Structure and lead risk prevention initiatives, including managing external company interventions and prevention plans.
• Manage environmental protection by tracking waste/recycling data and ensuring regulatory compliance to reduce environmental impact.
• Drive HSE awareness and training across the group to foster a common culture of safety and prevention.
• Establish processes for reporting and analyzing incidents, accidents, and dangerous situations to implement corrective actions.
• Provide transverse HSE support to various departments, identifying operational needs and proposing tailored solutions.
• Oversee regulatory compliance for technical installations and manage mandatory periodic inspections and documentation (DUERP/PAPRIPACT).
• Supervise facility layout and renovation projects, ensuring HSE requirements are integrated from the design phase through completion.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in HSE, QHSE, or an equivalent field.
• Approximately 5 years of significant experience in a similar Health, Safety, and Environment role.
• Mastery of HSE regulations and risk prevention methodologies.
• Proficiency in both French and English.
• Basic knowledge of Spanish.
• Ability to travel regularly (up to 40% of the time) within France, Spain, and internationally.

• Experience working within industrial or retail environments.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
