Health and Safety Innovation Advisor

Responsibilities

• Develop and champion data-driven approaches to risk management using Power BI dashboards and AI technologies
• Create and maintain advanced performance dashboards to enable effective strategic decision-making
• Analyse monthly system and compliance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continual improvement
• Lead the identification, design, and deployment of innovative health and safety tools and digital platforms
• Drive transformation programmes to enhance efficiency and user experience through Power Automate and digital workflows
• Modernise health and safety communications to ensure they are interactive, engaging, and digitally enabled
• Support cultural change initiatives by implementing digital behavioural-based health and safety programmes
• Integrate multiple data sources to establish a single source of truth for performance reporting

Requirements

• Background in digital transformation, data analytics, and systems within the construction or energy industry
• Proven experience in innovation, transformation, or digital solution implementation roles
• Proficiency in Power BI and other data visualisation tools
• Proficiency in Power Automate and digital collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Lists
• Strong understanding of health and safety systems, including ISO 45001 and CDM Regulations
• Minimum Tech IOSH membership and IOSH Managing Safely certification
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence in cross-functional environments
• Valid driving licence
