About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform complex analyses involving the design, financing, and measurement of employer health and group benefit programs.
  • Develop financial, actuarial, and analytics models to support claim reporting and client decision-making.
  • Lead financial and actuarial engagements for medium to large clients.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and selling additional actuarial, financial, and risk solutions to existing clients.
  • Partner with Global Delivery Centers and client service teams to ensure high-quality project management and deliverables.
  • Communicate complex financial analyses and strategic recommendations to clients and senior management.

Requirements

  • 2-10+ years of experience in health and welfare financial or actuarial strategies within a consulting or brokerage environment.
  • Proven ability to generate revenue and manage/grow client relationships.
  • Expert knowledge of employee benefit plan design, underwriting, and funding concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to obtain a State Life and Health license within 90 days of joining.
  • Strong executive presence with polished written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Actuarial designation and current continuing education.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale data analytic projects.
