Health and Benefits Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of new client strategies and solutions
• Analyze and compare vendor products, services, and contracts
• Perform financial analyses, including pricing, employee contribution strategies, and modeling plan design alternatives
• Gain specialized knowledge in areas such as pharmacy, life and disability insurance, health equity, and wellbeing
• Evaluate responses to surveys and vendor proposals
• Collaborate with the RCGP cohort on project opportunities and professional training

Requirements

• Completion of the WTW Health and Benefits or Health, Equity and Wellbeing Summer 2025 Internship
• Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Authorized to work in the United States indefinitely without visa sponsorship
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity local to the Chicago office
• Graduation date between May 2025 and June 2026

Preferred Qualifications

• Coursework in human resource management, health economics, risk management, business, finance, or advanced mathematics
• Prior internship experience demonstrating autonomy and client service skills
• For actuarial students: Successful completion of one or more actuarial exams

• Competitive base salary range of $70,000 - $73,000 USD plus annual short-term incentive bonus eligibility
