About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of new client strategies and solutions
- Analyze and compare vendor products, services, and contracts
- Perform financial analyses, including pricing, employee contribution strategies, and modeling plan design alternatives
- Gain specialized knowledge in areas such as pharmacy, life and disability insurance, health equity, and wellbeing
- Evaluate responses to surveys and vendor proposals
- Collaborate with the RCGP cohort on project opportunities and professional training
Requirements
- Completion of the WTW Health and Benefits or Health, Equity and Wellbeing Summer 2025 Internship
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Authorized to work in the United States indefinitely without visa sponsorship
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity local to the Chicago office
- Graduation date between May 2025 and June 2026
Preferred Qualifications
- Coursework in human resource management, health economics, risk management, business, finance, or advanced mathematics
- Prior internship experience demonstrating autonomy and client service skills
- For actuarial students: Successful completion of one or more actuarial exams

- Competitive base salary range of $70,000 - $73,000 USD plus annual short-term incentive bonus eligibility
