In the last three years, we have become the third-largest property management company in Germany with fewer than 25 full-time employees at our HQ.

Responsibilities

• Source and contact managing directors, executives, and experienced managers across Germany
• Spend 80% of time actively sourcing via LinkedIn, Xing, and direct outreach
• Build talent pools for future leadership roles and develop a clear picture of the German market
• Connect the M&A pipeline with the talent pipeline to ensure immediate operational readiness after acquisitions
• Conduct interviews with senior candidates and communicate Buena's vision convincingly
• Build systems and structures to make talent visible and available long-term

Requirements

• Current or former student at a German university
• Availability for a minimum six-month full-time internship
• Native German speaker
• Ability to communicate directly and professionally with managing directors and senior executives
• Structured working style with an interest in systematic market and people analysis
• Proficiency in using technology such as CRM tools or AI sourcing
• Willingness to work in Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg)
• Strong signal: Previous experience in recruiting, executive search, outbound sales, or CRM
