Responsibilities

• Develop and execute proactive talent sourcing strategies across the UK
• Identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and market mapping
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies
• Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to offer acceptance
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
• Build employer brand through networking and talent engagement
• Produce market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and competitor insights
• Track recruitment metrics including time-to-hire and quality of hire

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in executive search, headhunting, or in-house talent acquisition
• Proven success hiring senior and specialist talent in technology, fintech, or proptech
• Strong experience sourcing passive candidates
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Commercial mindset with the ability to understand business priorities
• Experience managing multiple concurrent searches

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-growth business environments
• Expertise in Boolean and advanced LinkedIn sourcing techniques
