Head/Director of HR

Responsibilities

• Establish and scale the HR function from scratch, overseeing talent acquisition, HR operations, compliance, and employee relations
• Build and execute a high-volume hiring strategy, specifically targeting sales teams
• Set up onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes
• Design and implement learning & development (L&D) programs to support performance and leadership growth
• Ensure compliance with US labor laws across multiple states
• Own payroll strategy and execution, managing the transition from outsourced to in-house as the organization scales
• Partner with leadership to support rapid organizational development and growth

Requirements

• Proven experience working in high-growth environments with high-volume hiring
• Strong background in both people operations and talent acquisition
• Experience scaling organizations, ideally within sales-driven sectors
• Working knowledge of US labor laws across multiple states
• Proven ability to build and implement processes from the ground up
• Hands-on, execution-focused mindset with the ability to work independently
