Head Women's Soccer Coach

Responsibilities

• Lead the scouting, recruitment, and retention of prospective scholar-athletes
• Develop team strategies and analyze student-athlete performance
• Organize and lead in-season practices and off-season workouts
• Provide in-game coaching and tactical direction
• Ensure program operations comply with NAIA and Continental Athletic Conference rules
• Support student-athlete excellence by encouraging academic progress toward graduation
• Organize and attend various team functions

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment of scholar-athletes
• Strong skills in practice planning and technical coaching
• Ability to provide effective in-game coaching and strategy
• Comprehensive knowledge of NAIA and Continental Athletic Conference rules and regulations
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate games and practices
