Head Women's Soccer Coach

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coach practices, as well as home and away competitions
• Monitor annual operational and recruiting budgets
• Select, train, and supervise coaching staff
• Partner with the Office of Admission to implement a successful recruiting plan to yield quality student-athletes
• Manage physical conditioning and injury prevention techniques for student-athletes
• Provide guidance and inspiration to student-athletes regarding their overall success at Cornell College
• Assist in developing positive alumni relations and supporting fundraising efforts
• Ensure compliance with institutional, NCAA, and Midwest Conference obligations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree preferred)
• Extensive and accomplished coaching background in soccer
• Proven ability to recruit quality student-athletes
• Valid driver's license
• Physical ability to walk, run, bend, twist, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and during frequent weekend and evening hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Collegiate coaching experience
