Head Women's Soccer Coach

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and development in sport-specific skills, team concepts, and physical conditioning
• Identify and recruit talented, academically qualified prospective student-athletes
• Foster holistic development including personal growth and academic success
• Plan and execute practices, competitions, and film analysis
• Supervise Assistant Coaches and graduate fellows
• Oversee program compliance with NCAA, MIAC, and University regulations
• Manage program budget, fundraising, and travel planning
• Perform assigned athletic department duties including equipment and game management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• At least three years of coaching and recruiting experience
• Knowledge of MIAC and NCAA Division III guidelines
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel frequently
• Ability to perform physical tasks in various outdoor weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• At least two years of full-time head coaching experience at the college level
