Head Women's Volleyball Coach

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a competitive women's volleyball program focused on growth, retention, and progressive success.
• Plan, organize, and conduct all practices, competitions, and training sessions.
• Implement effective game strategies and player development plans.
• Develop and execute a strategic recruiting plan targeting high-character, academically prepared student-athletes.
• Promote academic success, retention, and graduation of student-athletes through monitoring and accountability.
• Ensure full compliance with NAIA, conference, and institutional rules and regulations.
• Manage daily program operations including scheduling, travel, equipment, and budget management.
• Build relationships with local high school and club programs and assist with camps and clinics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of coaching experience at the high school, club, or collegiate level.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit or develop student-athletes.
• Willingness to travel for recruiting and competition.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Sports Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Collegiate coaching experience as an assistant or head coach.
• Experience recruiting at the high school, club, or junior college level.
• Experience working with diverse student-athlete populations.
• Knowledge of NAIA or NCAA rules and regulations.
• Experience in program building or program turnaround environments.
