Head Women's Tennis Coach

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the women's tennis program, including skill instruction and student-athlete development
• Manage the recruitment of prospective student-athletes to build a competitive roster
• Oversee program administration, including scheduling, budget management, and fiscal duties
• Conduct fundraising activities and organize camps and clinics to support Clarion Athletics
• Ensure strict adherence to NCAA, conference, department, and university rules and regulations
• Foster a positive sport culture acting as a mentor, educator, and role model for student-athletes
• Support the academic success of student-athletes and promote the university's mission

Requirements

• High school, club, or collegiate tennis coaching experience
• Demonstrated ability in technical skill instruction
• Proven experience in recruiting prospective athletes
• Ability to fundraise and manage program budgets
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and compliance procedures
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
