Head Women's Flag Football Coach

Responsibilities

• Lead, organize, and supervise all aspects of the Division III women's flag football program
• Recruit and retain highly qualified student-athletes committed to academic and athletic success
• Implement comprehensive strategies for scheduling and organizing practices, competitions, travel, and accommodations
• Manage operational, fiscal, and administrative responsibilities of the football program
• Support the personal, academic, and physical development of student-athletes
• Hire and supervise assistant coaches, including full and part-time positions
• Collaborate with athletic communications, training, and equipment staffs to support team needs
• Assist the Division of College Advancement with fundraising and alumni engagement activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Two years of successful coaching experience in Women's Flag Football or Football
• Proficiency with technology applications applicable to the position
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
• CPR/AED and First Aid Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Previous experience as a Head Coach
