Head Women's Flag Football Coach

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of the intercollegiate Women’s Flag Football program, including recruitment, supervision of assistant coaches, and team travel.
• Manage program logistics such as scheduling, budget management, promotion, and fundraising.
• Meet annual goals for student-athlete recruitment and retention.
• Foster an inclusive, safe, and welcoming environment for all student-athletes.
• Conduct the program in strict accordance with NCAA rules and regulations.
• Support student-athlete wellness initiatives in partnership with Student Wellness.
• Attend athletic department staff meetings and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of coaching experience, preferably at the college level.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid US driver's license (held for at least three years) for business travel and student transport.
• Current CPR, AED, and 1st Aid certification.
• Strong knowledge of NCAA rules and commitment to the NCAA Division III philosophy.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as required by the athletic schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and developing student-athletes at the collegiate level.
• Proven ability to motivate and teach students in a fast-paced environment.
